Who we are

ClearComply is operated by NHM Global Advisory (Pty) Ltd (Registration: 2026/175933/07), First Floor, 61 Katherine Street, Sandton, 2196.

What data we hold

We hold your company's publicly available registration details as published by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and the Government Gazette. This includes your company name, registration number, entity type, compliance status, and — where publicly discoverable — a contact email address associated with the business.

Where it came from

All company data is sourced from official CIPC published records, Government Gazette notices, and publicly available business listings. We do not purchase data from third-party brokers or data vendors.

Why we contacted you

Your company appeared on CIPC's published compliance records with one or more outstanding issues (such as a missing Beneficial Ownership declaration or an Annual Return deregistration notice). We contacted you under the legitimate interest basis permitted by POPIA Section 11(1)(f) for business-to-business communications, because the information is directly relevant to your company's legal standing.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about your company
• Correction: Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request that we delete your data and suppress your email address from all future communications
• Object: Object to receiving further communications from us
• Complaint: Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za)

How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@clearcomply.co.za with your request. We will acknowledge within 3 business days and respond substantively within 30 days.

How to stop receiving emails

Click the unsubscribe link in any email, or email privacy@clearcomply.co.za. Suppression is immediate and permanent across all campaigns.
